 An element of this specific mystery film that we would like to base our final task off of is mostly the element of surprising plotlines, something that Happy Death Day 2U has a strong advantage in is the fact that the main character dies over and over again, and every time she wakes up she tries her best to survive and investigate what’s truly causing her to be stuck in this endless time loop of being stuck in the same exact day reliving the same exact moments. Having a storyline that keeps the audience engaged to find out the most unexpected outcomes can really bring a movie together and Happy Death Day truly proves what that means. Some of the elements I enjoyed from this movie was how each character had been completely rewritten compared to the first movie representing the parallel universe the main character had been put in and how this time it won’t be the same and that we have new mysteries to solve in this current sequel.   The genres that fall under this certain pitch is thriller, drama, and mystery. These three really fit the pitch because all of it has to do with suspense. It really is a pitch that would keep you on your toes, which falls under these three genres. For example, we have thriller. It is one of those genres that consists of many versions of excitement. it also brings feelings of surprise, anticipation, or anxiety. Basically, wanting to know what happens next really what makes the audience want to watch more. Some may say that thriller is a genre of fiction, which means that the things that are happening will not really happen in real life, realistically, so it makes it more intriguing to watch it.
